Tasting Notes
This dark-pouring Stout spent three months in bourbon barrels. The caramelized oak and woody vanilla notes wrap themselves around ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, lactose and honey for silky sweet, liquor-tinged sips.

Hardywood strikes again! Their ability to balance sweet flavors with deep stout notes is second to none. I’m typically a gingerbread stout hater but this was delicious.

Definitely ginger and molasses flavors at the beginning. Reminiscent of holiday cookies. Stout base and bourbon are subtle but more present than 2021.
