About This Beer
Westbound and Down’s dark beers are highly coveted, and none come as regal and decadent as the king, Louie! Wrapped in George Dickel and Kelvin Cooperidge barrels, Louie encapsulates the elegance of traditional English Barleywines, with an American spin.

I can probably count the total barley wines I’ve consumed on just one hand, but this is tasty. Caramel and sticky toffee with just the right amount of high APV heat. That small 8oz can was a perfect serving as well.
