About This Beer

Everyone knows that two heads are better than one. Which is why the clever crews at Magnify and Equilibrium got together to create Brain Child!

They formulated the fluffy base of this TIPA with a boatload of Citra Incognito in the whirlpool. Then they double dry-hopped it with Strata, Galaxy, and Simcoe Hops, plus Simcoe Cryo.

Tasting Notes

The sum of their efforts is a hazy, hoppy sipper that’s dripping with nectar. Its bright, citrusy aroma leads you in with whiffs of OJ and grapefruit zest. Juicy peach and apricot notes multiply the tropical tones of pineapple and passionfruit. And all the lush sweetness combines with a hefty dose of resinous pine for a big-yet-balanced brew.

Love how dense TIPAs can be. This one’s light on the nose, with a bright citrusy hoppy punch in the jaw. The hop flavor and fullness of the mouthfeel carry through the mid finish, and they balance out the bitterness that lingers in the background
