About This Beer
Side Project crafted this fruited Missouri Wild Ale with a sour Blonde Ale base refermented on a blend of Oregon-grown red and black raspberries. Then they aged the brew for an additional year after bottling, allowing it to develop even more funky complexity.
Tasting Notes
Each lively, medium-bodied quaff announces itself with the brilliant scent of fresh preserves. Bright acidity makes the tart taste of underripe raspberries and lemon pop, while the brew’s jammy tones keep it incredibly juicy. Earthy cellar notes and aged oak undercurrents ground the flavors ahead of a crisp, mineral finish.
