A Note on This Beer
Who can forget the iconic image of Audrey Hepburn in a little black cocktail dress, coyly smoking a Virginia Slim in the movie ‘Breakfast at Tiffany’s’? You might remember that opening scene, where she’s gazing longingly at the diamonds in the window of that famous jewelry store.
Her ‘breakfast’, however, looks sorely disappointing — it’s a sad little pastry in a paper bag.
Audrey’s morning would have been MUCH more exciting if she’d had today’s Breakfast at Tiffany’s, instead. It’s a deliciously inviting Fruited Sour from Mikerphone Brewing, whom the Chicago Tribune named the hottest thing in Chicago beer.
This delightfully balanced brew is laced with blueberries and maple syrup, with a hint of tart lemons and a whisper of fresh wheat. Each mouthwatering sip is like a bite of piping hot blueberry pancakes, drenched in maple syrup — WAY better than any lame pastry.
Craft fans are digging these Tiffany Blue-berries:
- “Do you even Maple bruh?!? The maple aftertaste on this is ridiculous.” @Hugo V.
- “This one rips every time.” @Adam C.
- “One of my all time favorite Mikerphone brews.” @Kristy H.
Today, you don’t have to be a 1960s movie star — or venture out to the Windy City — for a taste of this blueberry Berliner. We’ve got a few cans for you right here! One sip of this exquisite breakfast, and you’ll feel like you’re draped in diamonds!
