About This Beer
The beeristas at Resident Culture teamed up with friends at The Eighth State Brewing to craft this Café de Olla-inspired stunner. They started with a cocoay base conditioned on Mexican coffee beans from Mostra Coffee. Then they layered it with toasted and raw coconut, cassia bark, cardamom, allspice, and orange zest.
Tasting Notes
Brown sugar and baking spice aromas erupt out of every velvety pour. Roasty coffee rises underneath cascading into dark chocolate and caramelly coconut. Complex, gorgeously balanced currents create a mist of spiced orange lingering long after the sip.
