About This Beer
The Missouri mixed-ferm masters, along with their brewer-friend Troy Meier, began with a soft, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus-fermented Saison base. They aged the brew in French oak puncheons for 10 months, infused it with cara cara oranges, and bottle conditioned it for bright natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to vibrant layers of sweet-tart citrus interwoven with funky notes of hay and soil. The zesty flourishes should play nicely with whispers of grain while dry oak tones keep it all snappy.

🍊🫧🍺 Even the way a Side Project bubbles is special. Yeah, lovely effervescence. Blood orange flavor adds a really nice balanced natural citrus fruit flavor. Not very sweet and quite sour. 🍊🫧🍺
