To craft these brews, the award-winning Fremont team uses floor-malted English barley, Noble hops, and an extended barrel-aging process — but each vintage varies in its proportions and nuances, meaning that no two are the same.

Tasting Notes

A 16 month snooze in single-use bourbon barrels gave this vintage that little extra oomph. Notes of dried stone fruits, honey, and toasty malts swirl alongside delicate woodspice and vanilla imparted from the barrels. Layers of whiskey and leather add to the complexity of this sweet, smooth, and full sipper.

Fantastic aromas of toffee, brown sugar, and a little whiskey. Rich, slightly syrupy mouthfeel. Notes of dark fruit, toffee/caramel, and a little boozy bourbon kick.
