About This Beer
To create this 4.53 UT-rated stunner, founder and brewer Kyle Harrop started with a thick, silky base brewed with honey, then aged it sequentially in 4 different top shelf bourbon casks! The brew spent 14 months in Blanton’s barrels, 8 months in Weller barrels, and 6 months in Willet barrels before a final transfer to Woodford Reserve barrels for an additional 4 months.
Tasting Notes
Look for massive fudge flavors bathed in whiskey and caramel notes. Hints of date and toasted marshmallow lurk in the background, along with a whisper of oak. The thick body brilliantly disguises the towering 15.4% ABV with a deceptively smooth finish.
