The crew took inspiration from a favorite pie to craft a dram so good you might sneak around in the middle of the night looking for another slice! …er, sip.
After maturing for 23 months in Buzzard’s Roost Bourbon barrels, they conditioned the Imperial Stout with bushels of wild blueberries, vanilla, and graham crackers.
Tasting Notes
Notes of jammy dark fruit, toasty cookie, and whiskey caramel crust wash over your palate, complementing the roasty malts. Silky vanilla ripples come in like a dollop of freshly whipped cream on top.
