About This Beer
Holy Mountain began with a base of Blonde Wheat Ale fermented in oak barrels using their house mixed culture. After a year, the team transferred the brew to oak puncheons to referment on “massive amounts” of Washington-grown Saturn peaches before blending and bottling.
Tasting Notes
This tangy tipple bursts with notes of fresh stone fruit. Vibrant notes of nectarine, white peach, and underripe apricot waltz with lemon zest nuances and hints of dried grass. A biscuity backbone and touch of Brett ground the taste, bringing you back to your glass for more.
