About This Beer
The Starcut crew made a thoughtful, delicious Cider that’s fun to drink AND complex, to boot! It takes modern apple ciders, introduces pleasantly tart black currants, and rounds out the 1-2 punch with an addition of oak chips for a more dry, deliciously multi-faceted sip.
Tasting Notes
Tart currant bursts start the sip, rounding off with pleasant apple sweetness. The sweet-sweet combo gets a satisfyingly dry finish of oak and tinges of vanilla, rounding the quaff in a multifaceted and wholly delightful taste.

fresh and refreshing. light and bright. the bright berry flavors are balanced by the dry profile of the cider. I’d drink this again!

Cider base is prevalent with berry notes, finishes with woody esters.

sharp and sweet, great astringent crispness without being on the edge of bitter

We were indeed told “dry” but yup it’s dry. Blackcurrant is great in it but a very interesting depth to it. Real good but real carbonated.
