Then, they let it slumber in Tawny Port and Bourbon Barrels for 20 months to bring out rich notes of toffee and caramel, juicy raisins, and bright woody oak. 

When would I use it? With a hearty 12% ABV, this brew would make a fantastic sipper for those chilly evenings after a long day of work. A quick uncap, a deep inhale of its luscious dark fruit aromas, and you’re ready to unwind. 

Is it too good to walk away from? The brewers at Main & Mill are always adjusting recipes to uncover new flavor outcomes. Sure, there will be another batch of this brew a year from now (and no sooner) but will it have the same delectable balance of caramel-coated fig flavors?
