About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the crew starts with their rich, chocolatey Imperial Oatmeal Stout. Then they age it in bourbon barrels and condition it with loads of locally-roasted beans from Dark Matter Coffee.
Tasting Notes
You can expect roasty malts to swirl alongside sophisticated notes of freshly-pulled espresso and dark baking chocolate. Anticipate subtle oaky nuances gracing the silky, whiskey-tinged finish like a dash of bourbon added to an artisanal mocha!

One of my favs. So much flavor but to me the most amazing thing is how smoothly it all comes together. For a beer with a huge ABV, this one goes down easy. Dangerously easy.
