About This Beer
To craft this nutty confection, the Parish crew started with a silky base before aging it for 16 months in a blend of Oregon Spirits and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on hundreds of pounds of roasted pecans, Madagascar vanilla, and sprinkled it with Korintje cinnamon.
Tasting Notes
Enormous aromas of candied nuts erupt out of every pour like a pecan pie coming out of the oven. The taste follows with rich whiskey vanilla and brown sugar carrying underneath.
