About This Beer
The Wisconsin crew loaded their renowned silky Pastry Stout base with pecans, cocoa nibs, honey, Belgian candi syrup, and cane sugar.
Tasting Notes
Every sip unleashes a flood of nuts and cocoa. The sweet trifecta of honey, syrup, and sugar brightens the earthiness of pecans and the richness of dark chocolate into one smooth, decadent dessert. Really, it’s like an artisanal slice of pecan pie drizzled in lush ribbons of Godiva syrup!

12oz can from Tavour. Thick, near black pour, flat. Sweet aroma, chocolate, pecans. Taste brings the pecans out front, brown sugar and more chocolate. Silky, creamy feel, sweet finish with a hint of ABV.

UA is always good but this one was kinda just generically sweet, didn’t really get the specific adjunct flavors. Not as good as most of their others.

little too heavy on the sweetness, even for a pastry stout.
