About This Beer
To craft Canned Victory, the ET crew teamed up with the Classic Car Club. Together, they started with a clean base brewed with champagne yeast for an invigoratingly dry, snappy sip. And they conditioned it on chardonnay grape must, giving it a fruit-driven flavor profile.

Musty white wine/champagne type aroma and flavor. Decent balance but seems more wine-like than beer-like. Medium bodied with a crisp dry finish. 🍾🇺🇸🇮🇱

Definitely has notes of grape must with a bit of dryness towards the end. Kinda reminds me of Dogfish Head 61. Not bad!
