About This Beer
The all-star crew at Cerebral and Great Notion triple dry hopped a plush base with Galaxy, Citra, and (their mutual fave) Strata Hops giving it enormous splashes of lush fruit nuances. Then they added a swirl of lactose for an extra-smooth body.
Tasting Notes
Succulent swigs surge with OJ and Ruby Red grapefruit rolling through nectarous mango and strawberry tones. All that juice careens through overripe cantaloupe canyons into dank pine woods. By the end of the sip, you’ll be smacking your lips and reaching for another taste.

It's emulating the classic OH, Trillium, Monkish, etc creamy IPAs but it's just a bit too heavy on the lactose
