You’ve probably had a cobbler before, but have you ever had a Southern-style Carolina Cobbler?

The dessert beer experts at Divine Barrel brew today’s cherry-blasted Carolina Cobbler with real graham crackers, Madagascar vanilla, cinnamon, creamy lactose, and “massive amounts of cherries.”

Every smooth sip tastes like grandma’s cherry cobbler pulled fresh out of the oven and topped with a scoop of sweet vanilla ice cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Only better! Because this fresh-baked pastry comes with a delightful 6% ABV.

Wayyy better than I was expecting! Smooth, lightly sweet but you can actually taste cherry cobbler at the finishing notes. I love it! A++

Overall I like it. Flavor is more subtle than the description suggests but it’s still refreshing to drink. Nice for a hot day.

Cherry, subtle vanilla & cinnamon, and graham cracker. Very light mouth feel. Was personally hoping for something creamier due to the lactose. Very nice sour for someone who likes something a little sweet. Not what I was hoping for but a very pleasant beer and liked very much.

to sour. not enough cherry flavor. all these people saying it's good are wrong. I guess I'm just not a fan of fruited sours. I just want a beer that tastes good, no sour, no bitter. the smooj seltzers are really damn good.

Pleasant tartness characteristic of Berliner Weissbier. Cherry flavor was there but I didn’t pick up on the other advertised flavors such as graham cracker or milk sugar. Not a bad beer but certainly didn’t live up to its description.

I don't get any cinnamon, but it's very fruit sweet with some lactose and a nice graham cracker crust finish.

Hmmm, 🤔sadly I don’t think this beer popped as I expected it to, as to why I really can’t remember if it reminded me of a delicious hot cherry pie 😅. I’ll have to check and see if I even consumed this beer for I’ve definitely put a few like this on the Back Burner. You know the saying “ save the best for. 😅
