About This Beer
The legendary Casey crew began this beer-Cider hybrid with a mildly funky, oak aged Saison base. Then they layered in about 2 lbs of honeycrisp apples per gallon and aged it for several weeks before bottle conditioning it.
Tasting Notes
The result is a crisp, dry, and refreshingly appley beer. Floral notes from the pome fruit mingle with a funky hay-and-lemon Farmhouse brightness that makes each sip irresistible. Subtle barrel tones provide a whisper of earthy tannin and a hint of vanilla to the finish, enticing you into another taste.
