Very heady Sweet, zingy, fresh Extremely aromatic Earthy tones, fruity aftertaste

A bit more sour and less floral tasting than I imagined. But I can appreciate the complexity of it's flavors! Just not quite what I was expecting but that's not a bad thing! (Wouldn't recommend pairing this with anything spicy)

Good, but not much floral taste coming through. Bitter on the end

I agree with some other reviews that it’s more on the sour side and less on the floral. Also agree not to pair with spicy foods. You’ll kinda regret it going down. Wish I headed that warning lol. Overall though as barrel aged beer goes it was good.
