About This Beer
Made in collaboration with HBO and in inspiration of the Iron Anniversary of Game of Thrones, Mikkeller crafted this brew to withstand the darkest of nights, and the white walkers who challenge the Night’s Watch!
Tasting Notes
Each sip begins with a roasted malty note from its base. That dark start is quickly transformed into the silky sweetness of the added vanilla, and rounds into its bourbon barrel, with touches of caramel and complex oak flavors. A lingering belly heat from the 13.6% ABV also has you ready to breathe fire!

Smooth with chocolate, vanilla, & coffee. Also, quite roasty; the roasty bitterness acts as the perfect counterbalance to the vanilla sweetness. Damn tasty! I’d rate it even higher if there where more barrel flavor. Note to self, buy more next time.
