About This Beer
To craft this beauty, the Aslin crew started with a Stout aged 14 months in bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee, blueberries, cocoa nibs, and toasted coconut.
Tasting Notes
Roasty nuances of the Stout gorgeously meld into the rich coffee and barrel char, all complemented by bittersweet cocoa. Juicy berry notes from the java are brightened by actual fruit while coconut cream swirls into whiskey vanilla.
