About This Beer
Cerebral started with a roasty Imperial Porter aged 12-46 months in a selection of Old Fitzgerald, Willett, Leopold Bros, and BLiS Maple Syrup bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on bananas, macadamia nuts, and waffle cones.
Tasting Notes
A velvety cascade of rich mocha flavors and tropical creaminess flow through each smooth sip. Maple sweetness beautifully blends with whiskey caramel, roasty coffee, and silky vanilla nuances.
