A Note on This Beer
Have you tried Chaos Hops yet?
I can almost guarantee that the answer is ‘no,’ because this brand new variety is ultra rare — it’s only grown at Four Star Farms in Massachusetts, where it was also developed!
And, like cats rolling around in a pile of nip, we’re absolutely ga ga for it!
In today’s Cat Grass Pale Ale, these cones sing with bold citrusy flavors and hints of fresh hay, chopped green herbs, and wildflowers. A slightly dank aroma wafts from the pour, and it’s all contained in an absurdly soft and crushable body thanks to plenty of wheat and oats in the mash.
Which is great, because you’re going to want to have more than one!
Whether you’re lazing around in a sunbeam or stalking through the night in search of adventure, this brew will make an excellent cat-panion.
Just try not to chug all your cans too quickly — once our little stash of this brew is gone, you’ll have a mighty tough time finding another brew with the unique flavors of Chaos Hops!
