About This Beer
Charlotte A. Cavatica — the titular spider from Charlotte’s Web — would probably describe her namesake Stout as ‘terrific!’ ‘Radiant!’ and ‘Some Beer!’
And she’d be right. Even the experts at Craft Beer & Brewing called it “well balanced,” with “excellent roasty notes!”
Tasting Notes
Fort George’s beloved dark dram has everything a Stout fan could want in a jet-black pour: soaring chocolate notes, nuances of espresso, and a touch of malty sweetness in the finish. Put it all together, and you’ve got a brew that’ll keep any aficionado satisfied.

Doesn't get much better than this. Could be my everyday stout if only it weren't across the country. The coffee is perfect.

It's incredibly deep and dark and roasty without being overly heavy. Absolutely a dark coffee flavor. Deep dark coffee bitter but not heavy. Thanks Dave H. Gud bier!

Nice and heavy dessert beer. Could be a meal in itself. Strong espresso taste, but barely if any marshmallow undertones and never picked up on the chocolate ganache.

Dark. Dark. Dark. Nice roasty aroma. Smooth and velvety on the tongue. Good way to end a nice day.
