Excellent barleywine. The whiskey aroma made me worried it would be overly sweet as some barrel-aged beers can get, but this has just the right amount of whiskey smokiness.

Raisin flavors early on. Nice and tasty barleywine.

i can tell that this is an example of a great barley wine. But I just can’t bring myself to enjoy it

Not the biggest barleywine fan but this was a treat. Quite strong, but full of flavor.
