About This Beer
Pop quiz, hot shot — you’re eating carne asada tacos on a cool day in early fall. What kind of beer do you wash ‘em down with?
That’s right! It’s this malty yet refreshing Amber Lager. Give yourself a gold star, a pat on the back, and another pint of Cervantez! Vienna-style Lagers like this have nearly disappeared from the European beer landscape, but they’re still going strong south of the border. And with good reason!
Tasting Notes
The malty backbone stands up to the most flavorful dishes, and the crisp, clean body refreshes the palate for another bite, AND another sip. A touch of slightly bitter, floral character from German noble hops makes for a satisfying finish that really makes a meal pop!

Great taste, but a surprising clean finish. Really showed the amber side of the lager, pretty solid

Mild scent of roasted malts. Pours a beautiful amber hue. Pillowy head with some nice lacing. Malty, toasty flavor, with a bitter yet surprisingly clean finish. Depth of flavor of an amber ale, with the lightness and crispness of a lager. Highly crushable.
