About This Beer
Chairman Marlon is a hardline despot who rules over Evil Twin’s NYC brewery with an iron fist! I mean paw. Because he’s a cat.
That’s him on the label of this 12% ABV quadruple IPA.
The Chairman decreed that a beer be brewed in his honor. He demanded that it be powerful — hence the massive amount of booze. He also stipulated that it be intensely hoppy, so the folks at ET loaded it with king-sized quantities of Riwaka, Comet, and Citra Hops.
Tasting Notes
And we’re all very lucky that Marlon, through sheer tyranny of will, exerted absolute control over every step of the process. Because this stuff brings a flood of orange and tangerine flavors along with glittering hints of pineapple, mango, and passion fruit. Nuances of cut grass add a bit of earthiness to finish, balancing the sweetness of the malts.
