About This Beer
To craft it, the Prairie Stout savants started with a rich base aged in bourbon barrels and conditioned on espresso for a sophisticated sip like your favorite digestif. Then they paired it with a little dessert by layering the brew with cheesecake and graham cracker.
Tasting Notes
Anticipate decadent mocha aromas erupting out of every pour. The silky sip should follow with thick cascades of dark cocoa and caramelly espresso gorgeously mingling with the sweet tang of cheesecake. Nuances of vanilla oak and woody spice ought to add to the complexity. Careful though — like an actual martini, it will all be hiding an enormous 13.9% ABV!
