About This Beer
The brewers started with a crisp base like a Farmhouse Ale. But they also co-fermented the beer with Apple Cider must, like a Graf. And it’s naturally conditioned with honey, almost like a Cyser.
Tasting Notes
Look for hints of freshly cut hay and a whisper of turned earth mingling with notes of freshly picked pome fruit and just a touch of sweetness. The refreshing finish should come through smooth and clean, with a drizzle of lingering honey.
