About This Beer
Taxman only unveils their Tax Holiday Belgian-style Dark Ale once a year. To craft today’s small-batch variant, they aged the decadent cherry-chocolate base brew in amburana barrels for gingerbread spice and vanilla notes.
Tasting Notes
Amburana oak imbues decadent layers of gingerbread and vanilla! Those scrumptious seasonal spice flavors sing atop the base brew, which features aromatic buckwheat honey, tangy cherries, and malty hints of stone fruit and cocoa. Every sip is like a bite of a chocolate-coated cherry ginger snap — but this one comes with a velvety 10.5% ABV!

Excellent Belgian dark oak ale with strong cherry, date, plum notes- it’s sweet, but not overbearing. we’ll balanced and almost a boozy amarena
