Garagiste Meadery pulled Cherry Cobbler out of retirement for one last job. And this fan favorite from 2019 is back and better than ever.
The Mead Crafters Championship multi-medalists mapped out this cobbler-flavored confection on a base of orange blossom honey and a blend of sweet and tart Michigan cherries. Then they finished the dark, garnet elixir on gluten-free graham crackers, baking spices, and staves of Brazilian amburana wood.

And Garagiste knows their stuff — they tunneled into the heart of a cherry cobbler and returned with an intensely flavorful, 14% ABV gem. Each tangy-sweet sip drips with ripe stone fruit and glitters with nuances of cinnamon, maple, and vanilla from the amburana. Toasty graham crackers provide just the right ratio of crust to fruit.
