Strong, tart almost black cherry like flavor. Cinnamon is strong but not overpowering, and the malt has a nice bready flavor that sells the crust aspect of this. Amazing beer that I would have never guessed was a quick sour based off the depth of the funky tartness!

Well balanced, not tart at all but the perfect sweetness you’d want in a sour. Loaded with cherry flavor and a pleasant mouthfeel. The color poured a beautiful, vibrant red. Amazing beer.
