A Note on This Beer
People say Nebraska is a “flyover state.” But for Midwest craft fans, it’s a haven for big n’ boozy brews that warm you straight to the toes.
Just look at Zipline Brewing — these high-ABV-lovin’ GABF medalists recently opened their fourth taproom in the state just to keep up with demand!
One taste of their latest deceptively smooth, 10.7% ABV masterpiece, and it’s clear that Zipline should start planning for a fifth location. In a move that’s sure to expand their fanbase even more, those expert brewers juiced up today’s Cherry Quad with real Balaton cherries!
Normally reserved for pastries, these cherries weave layers of caramelized sugar n’ cinnamon spice-coated tartness across the brew’s malty base — a mahogany liquid rich in dark fruit and dustings of nutmeg!
Just one taste will make you want to hop on the next plane straight to Nebraska, so better grab a few extra bottles while you can!
Take it from Untappd user @Matt L.:
“It is very possible that this is my favorite Zipline beer if all time. I have tried most of them, and liked most of them, but this is the best.”
This beer is too new (and too rare) for ratings!
