The punning brewmasters at True Respite hatched this Bock (get it?) for the newest installment in their Animal Lager Series.

The crew crafted the German-style Amber Lager with a base of five different German malts and Magnum Hops giving it richly layered caramel tones along with hints of peppery spice. They combined Jasper Yeast’s high pressure Lager yeast with expert technique to achieve a crisp, clean, naturally carbonated quencher.
