About This Beer
The Great Notion crew crafted this crusher with an ultra-refreshing base of pilsner and Vienna malts plus flaked corn for an extra silky sip. Plus they fermented it with lime and finished it with a touch of guajillo and ancho chiles to gorgeously complement the maize.
Tasting Notes
Nuances of crackly, fresh baked bread and a kiss of honey lead into faint florals before a bright burst of quenching citrus. Subtle shades of pepper heat lurk throughout like children hiding in a corn field sneaking up to kill… your thirst!

Definitely taste the corn and this does create a really refreshing sip. Don’t taste or smell the chilis so much.
