When I saw the hop-masters at Fair State and Modist Brewing teamed up to craft today’s Chill State IPA, I flew out of my chair and exclaimed, “Holy heckin’ son of a Hop!” 

What can I say? Double the hop-mastery = double the hop-hype! 

And, I’m sure I’m not the only craft-lover throwin’ out nerdy exclamations right now. Modist won “Most innovative Brewery” at the 2019 Minnesota Brewers Cup, and Fair State crushed two categories at Tavour’s IPA Blind Tasting! 

Seriously, these skilled brewers know precisely how to extract serious amounts of citrusy-goodness from hop cones. They pack today’s 6.5% ABV beauty with a trifecta of Idaho 7, Simcoe Cyro, and Sultra Hops for all the tropical juice we haze heads know and love.

It’s pineapple hop candy with a twist of lemon-lime, a splash of coconut, a punch of passionfruit, and a kiss of candied Mandarin orange!
