About This Beer
The lupulin lords at Evil Twin NYC teamed up with the legends at Trillium to make this stunner!
To craft it, the duo took a play out of Trillium’s book and started with a pillowy base brewed with raw wildflower honey for a vibrant, semi-earthy accent. Then they double dry hopped it with Mosaic Hops for bright bursts of juice.
Tasting Notes
Luscious nuances of drippy mandarin and mellow blueberry melt into honey sweetness on every silky sip. Refreshing evergreen notes rise underneath, balancing the fruit cup flavors.

Very dry, a little sweetness from the honey

Didn’t pick up on the taste of honey, but certainly did feel the honey texture (or perhaps that was in my head). I was worried it would be heavy honey / sweet, but overall it was meh; didn’t really connect with me. Mouthfeel was distracting. YMMV

At that relatively high abv I expected way more complexity and body. Thought I like the distinct corn nose.
