Beer geeks like us are always looking for the best brews from the hottest new breweries. We scour our favorite breweries looking for the rising stars they’re collaborating with — thirsty for a fresh taste!  

That’s why we’re so stoked to have tracked down this hopjuice from one of the newest Chicago breweries making waves in the craft scene: Saint Errant. 

We spotted them teaming up with some of the most adored breweries in the region, like Mikerphone, Revolution, and Transient — and we knew we needed to get our hands on some of Saint Errant’s original brews! 

Today you can get a proper intro to these NE IPA specialists with Chroniques - Strata. The brewers call it the juiciest Double Dry-Hopped NE IPA in their line-up. Spoiler alert: every IPA these guys make is dank with fruit flavor.  

This one is next level — they used a heaping helping of Strata Hops to squeeze out a tropical island tiki bar’s worth of orange-passionfruit character!
