To craft this unique and delectable Gose, the brew mixologists at More teamed up with Feast City — a collective of food and drink professionals and enthusiasts. Feast City developed a special Big Mich Chile Spice blend, which they combined with heaps of ripe, juicy mangoes.
Each mouthwatering swallow gushes with mango flavor, but it’s balanced by a bright, lip-puckering tartness. Its soft, nectarous mouthfeel leaves a lingering sweetness on the tongue, and a mild heat from the chiles rises up on the finish.
Craft fans are loving this luscious twist on a Michelada cocktail, cheering the way “mango and spice are jumping out of the glass” and crowning this brew “summer perfection.”
