About This Beer
The team at Southern Grist crafted it with a remarkably drinkable Brown Ale base. Then they added plenty of real Cinnamon Toast Crunch breakfast cereal! But that still wasn’t breakfast-y enough for them, so they layered in cinnamon, vanilla beans, and a dose of creamy lactose.
Tasting Notes
It tastes like handfuls right out of the box, but in a light, smooth, dare I say CRUSHABLE package. Look for hints of warming bakery spice alongside notes of freshly baked bread and nuances of caramel. Vanilla and lactose smooth out the back end for a finish that’s like chugging the milk at the end of the bowl.

Good stout but do not get any
cinnamon. More of a sweet cream vanilla. light/medium body.
