About This Beer

The Wiley Roots squad started by packing each can of this IIPA with mountains of Citra Hops. But, to amplify that ridonkulous deliciousness, they added Comic Punch yeast from the innovative beer labs at Omega Yeast. Comic Punch is a special yeast strain engineered to generate thiols – the stuff that makes beers aromatic and fruity smelling!

Tasting Notes

Bold wafts of grapefruit swell through the pillowy head with a pleasant, zesty aroma that fills the room. On the sip, big waves of lemon-lime and passion fruit blend with guava juice flavors all wrapped in a thick mouthfeel. The finish brings tinges of lemon zest brightness lingering on the tongue.

One of the better Cosmic Punch yeast beers I’ve had. Lots particulate/yeast floaters. Might have rated higher if it had been fresher, or if I would have drank it sooner lol.
