Didn’t take like a cider it was dry with a hint of sweetness , semi refreshing with a lingering sweet coat in the mouth. Great cider

Hops AND Cider !?!? Yes! Both stood out on their own. the hops didn’t overrun the fresh cider characteristics and the sweet finish from cider was mellowed by hops. My mind was introduced to this pairing when I never considered it before. Great job! I could drink this for awhile and I bet would have broad appeal for spring bbq, including even non-beer non-cider drinkers.

Crisp cider - not too sweet or dry but very carbonated. Enjoyed drinking during the blizzard.

Not to sweet and not too dry i think this cider finds a very good medium between the two. Very refreshing but i don’t think there is anything about it that really sets this cider away from others.

Solid cider but nothing special

12oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, fizzy head. Light apple aroma. Taste brings some earthy, woody note, plus crisp apple flavors. Love the hop accents here.

Solid dry cider

Not overly dry. Subtle citrus notes and hoppiness. Refreshing and easily drinkable.

The hoppiness wasn’t too over powering which was nice.
