About This Beer
The OEC team cooled the wort for this beer in a coolship, then fermented in open tanks, adding a bit of wild flavor to their Pilsner yeast. Then, they hopped it with 100% New Zealand Taiheke Hops.
Tasting Notes
Wafting aromas of grapefruit, lime, and kiwi billow from the pour. Those fruity flavors intertwine with mildly grassy notes and a tiny hint of tang in the background from fermenting in open tanks. And it all leads towards a crisp, clean finish.
