To make it, the team at Wild State starts with their custom blend of 100% fresh-pressed apples. Then, they ferment it with Champagne yeast, converting all the sugars into a solid 6.9% ABV. Take a sip, and you’ll be swept away in a river of juicy apple flavor, minus the sweetness, for an experience almost akin to an extremely fruity white wine.

This brew begins with the same fresh blend of apple juice, then they sweeten it with real pear juice to create a balanced medley of orchard flavors. Every sip is like biting into a crisp, juicy pear plucked straight from the branch, with nuances of fresh apple coming through on the finish.
And, like all Wild State Ciders, both of these treats are completely free of concentrates and sorbates.
