To create it, the team at Pure Project joined forces with their friends at Societe Brewing. They started with a murky base beer, then hopped it up with the tropical fusion blend from Freestyle Hops alongside doses of Mosaic and Strata Cryo.

And that all sounds pretty darn delicious, but here’s the future part: the brewers used Dalum Equipment’s Carbon Capture system to trap and liquefy the CO2 produced during fermentation, and then used it to carbonate the beer when they canned it. That means less waste and fewer emissions from the brewery!
