About This Beer
Tripping Animals teamed up with their friends at Forager to craft this nostalgia-inspired brew. They began with a rich Imperial Stout aged in rum and bourbon casks for up to 25 months. Then they conditioned it with so many Venezuelan cacao nibs, wafer cookies, coconut flakes, toasted coconut, coconut candy, AND coconut syrup that you might see some of that goodness clinging to the glass!
Tasting Notes
Decadent layers of tropical cream and cocoa fill each syrupy sip. Bright barrel notes balance the nutty chocolate with hints of vanilla, light caramel, and white peach, while faint molasses whispers flow underneath.
