About This Beer
To craft this showstopper, Chicago's dark beer legends at Revolution started with their sumptuous bourbon barrel-aged Deth’s Tar base. Then they layered it with rich toasted coconut, accentuating the natural vanilla oak nuances.
Tasting Notes
Some people think Stouts are just for the colder months, but this tropically tasty 15% ABV treat proves that decadent Dark Beers belong at the beach, too. It’s like a vibrant coconut mocha kissed with whiskey.

I really like the Deth's Tar base but the coconut just didn't shine through the way I was hoping.

It's good but not as good as some of the other variants. This finishes very dry. weird. Not as much coconut as I'd like. boozy

4.36 This is really good. Coconut is there folks. Yes it’s got some heat but if they amped up the coconut just a little more…this would be off the hook.

This one was remarkable. Lots of barrel and oak with just a hint of sweetness from the coconut. I wish I had a dozen more.

Should be called Cinnamon Deth, as there’s an over abundance of cinnamon flavor, yet no coconut …. Quite a nice flavor in the foundation though …. a couple slight tweaks & this could be a beautiful brew ….
