About This Beer
In the little town of Bellingham, Washington, umbrellas are useless because the rain blows sideways. But step into Structures’ taproom and snag a pint of Double Coconut IPA, and you’ll swear you’re in Hawaii.
The brewers ran this juicebomb through 15 lbs per barrel of toasted and untoasted coconut before they even fermented it! Then, they dry hopped it with enough Nectaron, Sabro, and El Dorado Hops to bury a volcano.
Tasting Notes
Every sip is like a luau in your mouth. Bright flavors of tangy tangerine and zesty grapefruit will light up your taste buds like a tiki torch, while smooth ripples of coconut hula through a body that’s softer than seafoam. It’s so thick and nectarous, you might think it came fresh from the blender in the cabana.
